Brief Description of Roles & Responsibilities:
Accountability
Accountable for construction expertise during the design phase, in the form of constructability, operability reviews and scope minimisation strategies. Assist in the development of Bid packages,
Basic Functions
Contribute to the development schedules and estimates for individual work scopes and the integrated plan.
Job Card preparation
Construction co-ordination and implementation.
Principal Responsibilities
Interfacing with engineering personnel to review strategy, design and design deliverables, and provide constructability and operability input.
Offshore surveys, identifying plant & kit including compressors, torque & tension equipment.
Assisting in the development and compilation of construction Work packs, ensuring the inclusion of all necessary deliverables, specification, safety documentation, philosophies, strategies, method statements, procedures and other supporting documentation sufficient for the safe and efficient execution of the works.

Person Specification:

Technical/Business Skills: (eg Project Management Methodologies, Negotiating Terms & Conditions, Cost Models etc)
Piping Materials and fabrication.
PC Literate. A knowledge of WPS preferred
Construction Estimates and schedules
Construction work packs

Interpersonal Skills:
(eg oral & written communication, customer liaison, team player, etc)
Good oral and written communications essential
Strong team working ethic, enthusiastic and positive
Good at working with site operational personnel/client
Good communication, networking, collaboration, and well developed team-working skills.
Must have the ability to work as part of a team or individually.

Practical Experience

Business & Industry Experience: (eg significant experience in process engineering, ideally similar experience in offshore role)
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Previous offshore survey experience preferred

Educational Attainments: (eg Trade Qualifications, Degree, etc)
Ideally HNC as a minimum
Current valid Offshore Survival and medical certificate is preferred
