Description
Reporting to the Deputy HR Director, the successful candidate will have responsibility for the management of the Operational HR team which has 10 direct reports covering transactional HR and Payroll. You will also liaise daily with 3 clinical HR Business Partners to ensure high quality HR provision to the clinical directorates within the Trust.
In addition to this, the successful candidate will also be responsible for picking up the ongoing HR project work with the current post holder has been working on - this includes looking at Total Reward (via regular contact with NHS Employers) and improving Trust Workforce Planning through the implementation of the eWIN Workforce tool. Experience in these areas will be beneficial.
