Position Overview
Information Security Identity and Access Management is seeking an engineering contractor with proven experience in design, development and deployment of OAM (Oracle Access Manager) 11g in a multi-data center environment. The project is intended to build a new OAM 11g infrastructure and eventually migrate all live applications from existing OAM 10g env to the 11g infrastructure. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform self-directed work within a team environment.

Job Role:
The role includes design, development, deployment, integration, testing and implementation of the OAM 11g. This includes installation and configuration of Oracle Access Manager 11g on Linux (RHEL) Servers in WebLogic clusters; configure High Availability (Failover and Load Balancing); evaluate, test, and configure all the new features offered by the 11g R2 product; and finally migrate applications from existing 10g env to the new infrastructure. You will work with developers, QA teams, Networking/F5 team, Database team, OS/Unix team, Operations team and project managers. You will coordinate timelines and lead efforts as necessary.

Essential Functions:
Perform detailed analysis of systems and develop recommendations for improvement
Robust knowledge of Web Access management processes, technologies, and how they integrate along with emphasis on strong Oracle Access Manager expertise.
Install and configure all the advanced features of OAM 11g R2; Build multiple environments; heavily test the newly released OAM 11g R2 binaries in terms of usage of all the advanced features in client env.

Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in Oracle Access Manager (preferably, some experience with 11g)
Strong experience in installation, configuration and build of OAM Servers
Hands on experience with Linux/Unix operating system.
Deployment and configuration experience with any J2EE application (preferably Oracle Access Manager 11g Servers in WebLogic Application Server); Any WebLogic administration experience (eg writing WLST scripts) a plus.
Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware a plus.
Experience with Oracle Database (as a supporting Back End for the enterprise solution)
Any experience in configuring High Availability in general (eg load balancing, fail over, dealing with F5/GTM/LTM configuration, etc.)
Experience with Performance/Load testing - good to have.
Experience with common web access management domain related skills eg understanding the concepts of cookies, sessions, header/cookie variables, HTTP traffic flow/analysis, etc.
Any experience with performance tuning - good to have.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of stabilizing large, complex implementations and implementing engineering best practices
Bachelor degree or higher with an emphasis in Computer Science or related discipline (or relevant work experience)

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Web Access Management technologies and hands on experience.
Familiarity with OAM 11g and common use cases associated with it.
Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the web access management domain.
