Compliance Advice Consultant
We currently have the requirement for a compliance advice specialist to main and develop compliance standards and identifications and management of regulatory risk through the provision of compliance advice, challenge and guidance, principally in relation to one or more business units. This position offers the fantastic opportunity to work for a large financial services company across the south of England and can offer a long term opportunity.
Compliance Advice Consultant Skills:
- Certificate in Financial Planning/Compliance Diploma or an equivalent qualification may be required for certain roles (support will be given to achieve this).
- Excellent analytical, interpretation and problem solving skills.
- Capable of working with limited supervision, understanding when referral to a manager is appropriate and necessary.
- Experienced in Compliance Technical Advice with the ability to demonstrate outputs are relevant and meaningful to the business.
The most challenging features of the role are:
- Building strong working relationships with the business and gaining their trust through the provision of credible, business-focussed advice.
- Passing on specialist knowledge to others to strengthen Business Risk expertise.
- Ensuring advice takes into account any current and expected regulatory requirements.
