Volt are currently recruiting for the world's leading software organisation for an Accounts Assistant.
THE ROLE:
The Marketing & BIF Finance team has primary responsibility for tracking, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and providing insight into the multi-million dollar UK spend on Marketing. They provide support to the marketeers to ensure compliance with both legal and accounting policies, adding value by providing financial insight, driving improvements and efficiencies in marketing and communicating results to a wide range of stakeholders.
Role Purpose
Supporting the UK Marketing & BIF Finance Manager in Operational processes and Team goals and in return gaining some valuable experience in financial management and support in improving your skill set from experienced financial managers.

Accruals and reconciliations
Month end Reporting
Chanel Incentive analysis and reporting
PO Approval Management
Forecasting & Budgeting
Administrator of MBP tool
P&L Management
AD Hoc queries from Marketeers
Key Success Criteria
The Key Metric for success in this role will be the accuracy of the output from the finance team.
THE PERSON:
Excellent Excel Skills
Proficiency with full range of Microsoft Office products including: Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Live Meeting.
Ability to work accurately with large set of data
Team Player
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate with Managers at all levels of the organization
Networking abilities

Excellent Time Management Skills
2.1 Degree
Working towards CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent
