We are recruiting for an organization that is specialised in training for legal education establishments in Europe.

An Email Marketing Executive is urgently required to assist on their Marketing Campaign.

Main Function of Job:
- To undertake the data selections required for the College's central marketing team.
- To participate in the preparation and deployment the College's marketing e-mails.
- To conduct marketing campaign analysis.

Main Duties:
- To undertake all data selections for the College's central marketing team for e-mail and direct mail campaigns that form part of the College's wider marketing programme for undergraduate, pre-qualification, professional development and Alumni activity. This will be via Crystal Reports, WebAlumnus and Excel.
- To act as the data champion within Marketing to encourage best practice use of marketing data and data capture processes.
- To support the Marketing Campaign Planning Manager in campaign analysis and reporting across a range of media including e-mail, online, direct mail and from time to time radio and outdoor.
- To participate in the deployment of outbound direct marketing e-mails to pre-qualification, professional development and Alumni audiences. This will involve: Copy writing e-mails, proofing and testing marketing e-mails prior to dispatch, Broadcasting of e-mails via Sage Communicator.
- The provision of regular reports on e-mail activity performance including the use of key direct marketing metrics
- To maintain data quality and cleanliness by updating customer records in the College's core data systems including responsibility for the maintenance and updating of the Alumni database.
- To provide input and advice to the College internal and external design teams with regard to the designing of e-mails to support campaigns.
- To support the Marketing Campaign Planning Manager in database and data capture projects.
- Be the main point of contact for the College Alumni including responding to queries from registered Alumni members.
- To undertake additional administrative tasks in relation to the College Alumni, such as reporting on the Alumni membership size and take-up of additional benefits such as the Careers Service and liaising with College Centres around the provision of events for Alumni members.
- To send out any SMS campaigns that might be required from time to time.
- In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Campaign Planning Manager from time to time.
- To undertake all work to a high quality standard.
- To promote and sustain a constructive, supportive and friendly working relationship with all customers, external and internal, immediate and senior management and other work colleagues.

Mandatory experience:

Data querying and selections

Direct/Database Marketing

Marketing Campaign Analysis

Understanding of data segmentation

E and/or digital marketing

Marketing campaign execution

Desirable/bonus experience

Experience in a professional services or education industry environment

Experience of direct marketing fundraising campaigns eg charity

SKILLS:

Advanced Excel Skills

Desirable/Bonus skills:

Sage Communicator or other e-mail delivery system

Crystal Reports

Knowledge of/experience of copy writing and proof reading

Assignment duration: 2 Months +

Location: Guilford

Rate: £100 per day
