* Infrastructure Project Manager - Telephony/Call Centre implementation (Genesis), Paris, France.
On behalf of one of our prestigious customers, a world leader in its industry sector based in Paris, France, we are urgently looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager, ideally with call centre implementation experience to lead the Infrastructure part of a global project based on Genesis.
You will be leading an international team of about 12 people, in 3 different continents.
The aim of this project is to transform their customer centre excellence globally.

Multiple acquisitions
More than one point of contact for customers in a country
Multiple sites for customer support with overlap in customer care activities
Growing solution business
Limited effective support organisation for solutions.
Limited transparency on customer questions/issues across businesses.
Competency management for support
Limited competency development and tracking.
Restricted career path options for support teams.
Re- balancing their presence
Limited utilisation of low cost locations for certain customer care activities
The project started in July 2011, and the solution is about to be rolled- out to worldwide locations.
Project based in Paris (excellent access with public transport). English speaking project only, any other languages would be an advantage.
This assignment will start anytime between now and the end of March 2012 (the earlier the better).
Please note that a face to face interview will be required by our customer, and could take place as early as Thursday March 8th, or Friday March 9th.
