This is your chance to get involved with a fresh payroll implementation that's bound to be a long-term project to sink your teeth into.Working within our client's Oracle Design Team your role will be to provide Functional Oracle Consultancy with a strong emphasis on skills in HRMS implementations and have significant knowledge of Oracle eBusiness suite foundations.
You will have significant experience and understanding of the Oracle HR and Payroll modules and Oracle application customizations, Oracle Designer 2000 and Developer 2000 as well as experience and knowledge of Oracle AIM methodology sound written communication skills, demonstrated through authoring and maintenance or Oracle AIM documentation, particularly MD050's and BF162's
You will be required to undertake functional work on a piece of the project which initially has a focus on the Leave work package, so you will have had previous experience with writing/contributing to MD050's (functional design documents) and writing BF162's (configuration documents).
You will have experience with working with the business to produce requirement and design deliverables according to and in line with Oracle AIM methodology and advise on the best set up of Leave within the Oracle eBusiness suite as well as functionally configure the eBusiness suite to meet the business requirements
Therefore a sound record of delivery within Oracle HRMS/Payroll applications is required.
You will have good project management skills honed during the implementation of Oracle payroll, HR and Time Management systems and any end to end global/multi business group implementations of Oracle R12 would be welcomed.
