Experienced Optimization engineer with in depth knowledge of Ericsson's 2G products in their impact onto radio NW performances.
Technical environment : 2G (GSM), swap projects
Languages: English (pre-requisite), French (appreciated).
Others: autonomy, sense of communication.
Scope of work:
- Support optimization engineers implicated in swap projects regarding 2G technology and Ericsson 2G
- Product capabilities to improve NW performances. Competences transfer on Ericsson 2G product (features, tools, parameters, OSS KPI) to French optimization teams. Follow swap projects as an expert with regard to 2G and 2G Ericsson products.
Location: Massy (Parisian area) with frequent travels in France (Toulouse, Lille, Nancy ).
Activities:
-Expert support to optimization teams implicated on the swap projects.
- Expert support to project management team on swap projects.
- Implication in performances strategy where Ericsson 2G product has an influence on them.
- New products introduction strategy support for the concerned swap project.
- Presentation, training and OJT on Ericsson 2G portfolio (features, tools, parameters, OSS KPI).
Delivrables:
- Expert white papers, expert technical analysis and reports, expert methodology documents for use of Ericsson 2G product in optimization activities, expert advice on fine tuning and optimization project activities .
- Workshops and presentations to the clients and operators optimization teams.
- Knowledge sharing and teams knowledge improvement.
- Tiger teams interventions: support on high priority performances issues.
