Estates Project Office Manager

One of my large public sector clients based in London requires an Estates Project Office Manager to join them for an interim contract during a period of change. The Estates Project Office Manager will define, shape, lead and deliver one or more key accommodation change programmes, ensuring that the programme delivers to specification, within the constraints of time and costs, supported by up to three Project Managers.
Your duties will include:
- Effective leadership deployed to project management teams
- Management of internal staff and external consultant
- Delivery of a plan of accommodation improvements on time and within budget
- Ensure the programme complies with the appropriate levels of governance
- Provide key advice via the programme and project boards to resolve any issues surrounding the accommodation change
To be considered, you will ideally have prior experience of working on a similar estates change programme for the NHS or Central Government.
