Property Project Manager

One of my large public sector clients based in London requires and interim Property Project Manager to join them for an interim contract during a period of change. The Property Project Manager will be required to plan and manage the implementation of a number of property projects to ensure they deliver the required standard of time, quality and cost. All of the projects will be managed from inception to completion.

The Property Project Manager will develop, influence and gain approval for project plans, from the Estates Project Office Manager or Project Board to customer expectations, ensuring that accommodation solutions are in line with the business strategy.

Your duties will include:

- Liaison with local staff to agree floor layouts and design of space
- Discussion with suppliers
- Developing specifications/scope of works
- Selection of contractors
- Instruction and monitoring of contractors on site
- Liaison with Procurement Department & IT Department
- Production and agreement of snagging lists
- Verification of invoices and agreeing final accounts

Ideally you will have prior experience of the above whilst working with either the NHS or Central Government.
