This is a digital arm of the business who considers them self like an agency.
I am looking for strong UX experience in an online space. Preferably from agency and if you have experience in the Mobile and Tablet space even better.
Essential skills and experience:
- Several years of professional user experience work related to high tech products and services, including IA, Interaction Design, user research visual design and deep knowledge of recognised usability standards and guidelines.
- Education in user research, design, HCI, usability or related disciplines (or the ability to display formal understanding of theory and practices)
- Demonstrated mastery user experience design principles and interaction design skills
- Solid understanding of the application of user research and testing to inform and validate design
- Candidate must have the ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines in an organizationally agile working environment and must be able to work flexible hours and travel when necessary
- Technical skills that allow you to talk and understand capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, Javascript, XML is a plus
- Visual design skills a plus
- Experience conducting user testing highly desired
- Previous experience as a team leader is an advantage
