RAN Support Engineer- USA
A leading telecommunications company is seeking to recruit a RAN Support Engineer to work in Overland Park, Kansas, USA on in-depth assessments of the networked application needs, providing networked modelling and simulation testing and engineering high speed technology network transports to deliver application functionality.
As RAN Support Engineer you will be:
*Researching, designing, planning and developing new advanced network technologies by translating requirements or strategic business objectives into final product design for projects of moderate complexity.
*Knowledgeable of networked applications, network modelling and simulation testing and engineering RF and CDMA networks
*Working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
*Have a thorough understanding of Metro cell BTS (MCBTS, CMO, CMO-E, and CMO-E, MFRM, DOM) BSC or EBSC (CPDS, CBRS, CSVS, SBS, DISCO, PP15k, Passport) BSSM/CSP
*Extensive knowledge of the following: RNC, DO-EMS PDSN, AAA (Bridgewater Ericsson equipment: RBS (XMU, DMU, DUL, XCEM) and mobile backhaul equipment (SP210, SIU, SE1200), OSS-RC
