Sales & Customer Commission Analyst - Dutch, English and French - Database/Datawarehouse

Our client is a leading telecommunications company in Belgium and a market leader in several areas, including the fixed telephone lines (retail and wholesale), mobile communications and broadband data and Internet services.
The feature is situated in the Consumer Business Unit, specifically within the calculation of commission sales support for partners.

Your task
- Ensure the strategic development of data sources and reporting tools for commission and oversee its implementation.
- Analyze the tools and databases, constantly search for new improvement areas, then identify and make recommendations for corrective action and thus contribute to the efficiency of the service internally and to partners.
- Implementation of the monthly commission calculation.
- Documentation of existing and new procedures
- Implementation and analysis of complex and voluminous requests for analyzes of specific data from Datawarehouse and the committee systems are met.
- Reconciliation of data between different systems, analysis of the differences
- Amass information into easily interpretable performance analysis tools, identify potential problem areas and corrective actions to determine the internal users and partners the necessary analysis and reporting tools to provide so they can increase their efficiency and complaints can be treated.
- Ensure the development and implementation of a dashboard at all levels of commissions.
- Capable of understanding complex business and data flows.
- Able to translate/incorporate business requests into business processes.
- Capacity to model and automate manual workflows, based on a minimum set of quality and performance criteria.

Your profile
- You have a university degree or equivalent experience.
- You have 3-4 years' experience in analysis and reporting.
- You are good at operational tasks.
- You can work very well with databases and data and have a good knowledge of MS Access and Excel.
- You can easily set priorities.
- You can communicate easily with people from both the business and IT.
- You are proactive, flexible, assertive and communicative.
- You are quality and result oriented. - You can work in a team and you're a good negotiator.
- You are trilingual (NL/EN/FR).
- Knowledge of Business Objects, MicroStrategy and SQL is a plus.
