Our client in the Claymont, DE area has an immediate need for an experienced Voice/Video Engineer to join their team. This is anticipated as a 6 month consultant contract.Required Skills:
- Experience engineering/implementing Cisco Call Manager solutions
- Experience migrating users to Cisco Call Manager
- Documentation and training of Operations team
- UCCX certification or equivalent experience (Unified Communications Contact Center Express Implementation)
- Experience designing and engineering solutions
- Experience with Polycom HD
- Experience with Cisco Call Manager
