Our client in the Claymont, DE area has an immediate need for an experienced Voice/Video Engineer to join their team. This is anticipated as a 6 month consultant contract.

Required Skills:

  • Experience engineering/implementing Cisco Call Manager solutions
  • Experience migrating users to Cisco Call Manager
  • Documentation and training of Operations team
  • UCCX certification or equivalent experience (Unified Communications Contact Center Express Implementation)
  • Experience designing and engineering solutions
  • Experience with Polycom HD
  • Experience with Cisco Call Manager
