Field Service Engineer/Asia Opportunity/Diesel Engine Calibration Technician
Contract - Long Term
Rate £28 to £34 per hour Dependant on Experience

A Global leader in the manufacture and supply of Diesel Engines to Off Highway Vehicle Producers.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the engine development team for a Field Service Engine Calibration Engineer working with Customers in China. Providing engine failure diagnostics and break down rectification with regard to both mechanical and electronic issues at the customers main manufacturing site located near Shanghai. You will be responsible for logging all data and compiling detailed test reports to be assessed by the Engine Development team in the UK.
The Candidate
You will have excellent experience of working with diesel engines showing an aptitude for both mechanical and electronic fault rectification. Use of Diagnostic equipment is desirable, Can or Inca being advantageous. Experience of writing detailed test reports for the development of diesel engines is also required. You will be an excellent communicator representing the client on a global stage.
