TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Managerial Clinical Technician on behalf of a state of the art hospital in the north side of Dublin city.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cardiac Technician, to join a busy progressive team, which offers an attractive salary of up to ?68,000.
Job Summary:
To strategically and operationally manage and develop cardiology services and structures, embracing continuous quality improvement and the management of changes necessary to achieve Hospital objectives.
Person Specification
lPossess the MPPM Certificate and/or MSCST qualification from the Society of Cardiological Technicians or equivalent
lBe an associate of the Society of Cardiological Technicians
lHave excellent communication and leadership skills.
lPossess the ability to deliver an effective, quality assured and patient centred service.
lBe an expert practitioner and role model in the clinical area
lDevelop programmes of care and set up standards of practice
lHave excellent supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills and a high capacity for responsibility and individual initiative
lBe able to demonstrate adaptability to the rapid changes taking place in the Hospital
lManagement qualification is desirable
