Description
A fantastic opportunity joining a new team in a world class financial services organisation. This role is responsible for running and improving Service Management processes with the organisations service providers.
The Supplier Service Manager's role is to ensure the service, cost and risk performance meets agreed standards and delivers changes to services in line with commitments minimising impact on operational stability.
This role involves:
*Facing off to external and 3rd party service providers, sometimes offshore and reviewing and improving their performance and impact on the business.
*Managing the suppliers delivery of change into supplier operations to meet required timetables and budgets whilst ensuring service stability
*Process improvement
*Service management
*Supplier Management
*Leading and supporting commercial negotiations for initiation/change/termination of services
*KIP reporting
*Incident Management and Risk mitigation
*Experience of financial planning process in large, organisation (ideally financial services or banking)
