Description
My client, a well known public sector body is looking to engage a Project Manager to support the implementation of a bespoke integrated case management system.
The roll out is a 2 stage process and the Project Manager will be required to manage this from end to end, including handing responsibility for the system back to the business as a 'business as usual' entity. You will also liaise directly with the supplier to ensure all client specifications are met and delivered to deadline.
This is a key role that will form part of the overall transformation agenda and requires an individual with a proven track record of previously delivering a case management or CRM system. You will need to work collaboratively with the supplier and build working relationships across the client to ensure key stakeholders are engaged with the new system.
The ideal individual for this role will have excellent communication skills, a collaborative management style. You will have previously delivered a case management system and will have a good understanding of their functionality - including information sharing, data protection and assurance. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics would be desirable but not essential.
