A multinational Bank seek a UX Project Manager on a contract basis. Excellent rates paid.
A UX project manager who is expert in running projects that define usability approaches, building wireframes and creating usable designs for online and mobile applications. The successful candidate will be working on applications for the Innovation team that develop new applications for the international corporate market. The individual will also be required to become involved, or take to completion, the prototype phase of future projects with the intention of presenting or proposing new ideas to internal business units or external facing customers and partners.
It is preferred that the applicants adopt a practical and "hands on" approach. This individual will also provide project leadership in the UX team.

Examples of such investment include building a new centre of excellence supplying the following services to the internal technology teams: User Experience, Video streaming,Mobilepresentation and visual analytics. The resulting applications will be used by the largest companies in the world, and so must be robust, scalable and look and function well.
While the team is located inDublin, this job requires working within the context of a larger, distributed, team - with globally located colleagues. No travel is envisaged for this role, but is occasionally possible.

Knowledge/experience:
- Minimum 8 years' experience.
- Flexibility to work on complex highly scalable and mission-critical enterprise projects with international scope.
- Experience with interviewing customers with the goal of developing application usability would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of UX and usability design.
- Formal project management experience in a UX context.
Required skills:
- Highly experienced at managing projects that design Front End design for large enterprise level solutions.
- Experience of working in projects that deal with designing software look and feel and developing applications.
- Good analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Desirable skills:
- Experience with Banking and Cash management applications and process would be advantageous but non essential. Experience of mobile development would be advantageous.
