SAP CRM Developer
For maintenance activities in SAP CRM 7.0 My client wish to rely on an SAP CRM consultant for 2 to 3 years experience in SAP CRM marketing.
S/He will undertake the following tasks:
-Corrective maintenance of the application
-Evolutionary maintenance of the application
-Limited operational support to the end user
-Limited support in the framework of projects
-Develops specifications based on functional
-Technical and system testing
-Documentation
Tasks:
-You help them in the design of the solution when changing or starting new projects in your domain.
-You guide the developers in creating the technical design and develop the solution.
-You make proposals to improve the performance and usability of the applications within your domain.
-You will be working to keep up to date on the applications within your domain.
-You are also responsible for monitoring and resolving tickets in connection with incidents
-Any incidents caused by bugs, look for a solution to a stable, efficient and properly working application protection.
-You communicate with many different parties: Service Desk, Project Managers, Developers,
Infrastructure (HW and OS), SDM (hierarchy)
-You report on your activities (planning of releases, status of incidents, ...) to the SDM.
-You help with the drafting of the replacement of the existing applications in SAP CRM functional level, but just as well as data migration, ... "
Technical knowledge:
-You have an extensive and deep knowledge of the functionalities of SAP CRM marketing.
-You have an extensive and deep knowledge of the functionalities of SAP CRM Grants Management.
-You have an extensive and deep knowledge of the reporting capabilities of SAP CRM and SAP BW marketing in general.
-You have an extensive and deep knowledge of MS Access.
-You have an extensive and deep knowledge of development opportunities in MS-XLS.
-You have knowledge of the ITIL processes.
-You have experience and knowledge of Usecases/UML methodology as used in the analysis documents.
-You have experience and knowledge of VB and. NET Framework 1.1 development environments.
-You have an extensive and deep knowledge MS Access.
-You have an extensive and deep knowledge of development opportunities in MS Office.
-You have basic knowledge of developing queries in SQL.
-You have basic knowledge SQLServer 2005 database that allows you to consult with the DBA.
-You have knowledge of the ITIL processes.
Languages:
-You have good knowledge of Dutch.
-You have knowledge of English for use in the field.
