Functional Analyst (Payments) - Luxembourg

Languages: English and Dutch and/or French

Required skills and experience:

- Several years of experience as functional analyst in an ICT environment
- Experience in the banking business or the business of electronic payment
- Knowledge of Clearing & Settlement business
- Knowledge of Swift, Isabel, SEPA payments formats
- Basic knowledge of Unix, Linux, SQL, PL/SQL
- Knowledge of any modelling tool is an asset
- Knowledge of ITIL would be considered is an asset
- Knowledge of several programming languages such as JAVA, C, Perl is an asset
- Knowledge of Middleware protocols and EAI (MQ, WebSphere,..) is an asset

Job description:

- You are a good listener and are able to translate a demand or architectural analysis into a robust and well thought functional solution.
- You can identify the needs and requirements of the client
- You work in a structured way and are able to deliver an analysis document written in English that is understandable by a technical analyst as well as a manager.
- You take the responsibility to keep the product documentation up to date.
- You are autonomous and eager to learn and willing to take initiatives.
- You have a good knowledge of functional analysis skills and methods
- You can take the lead in a technical discussion with your colleagues
- You have well developed written and oral communication skills that you can put into practice during presentations, meetings, and with contacts with your colleagues and clients as well as the management
