Instructional Designer required for reputable Sydney CBD based organisation. As Instructional Designer your focus will on designing, developing innovative and engaging training programs and assessments.
You will report in to the Training Manager and will have significant instructional design experience and a strong background in learning and development and course design along with a certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification and the following experience:
Creative and energetic designer with strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate commercial situations in to raining programs
Experience in the development of training needs analyses and training plans
Proficiency with a number of eLearning authoring tools such as Lectora and captivate
Ability to develop and deliver learning solutions both static and E-learning formats
Experience with Project Management methodologies eg Prince 2
Comprehensive knowledge of instructional design principles and experience in designing and delivering classroom based and blended E-learning training programs.
Co ordination of transition activities across multiple stakeholders
Excellent planning and organisational skills to ensure timely and professional delivery of relevant programs
