The successful candidate will have the following experience:
  • Data mapping to support process and tool integration of supplier based ITIL v3 Service Management with client ITIL v2 & v3 Service Management
  • Detailed application of infrastructure technology, tools & concepts to attain project/business unit objectives. Ability to apply this knowledge without direct guidance. Demonstrates required proficiency levels for technical infrastructure skills.
  • Communicates with other professionals (PMs, architects, IT specialists, consultants, and sales professionals) in the team on tools, technology & methodology related to design & development of infrastructure solutions, & participates in evaluation & design.
  • Works effectively with other team members to understand customer needs in order to design, evaluate & implement infrastructure solutions to meet those needs. Works with team members, including customer, vendor, subcontractor personnel & other Global company personnel to achieve the team's technical & schedule goals.
  • Analyses problems & suggests infrastructure solutions involving IT technology, methodology, process, tools & solution components.
  • High level of Service Management experience as Architect. Key requirements - data mapping for ITIL v3 processes including Service Level Management, Service Catalogue Management, Change Management, Release & Deployment Management, Asset & Configuration Management, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfilment.  Experience with interfacing Service Management process and tool sets via an ESB (Enterprise Services Bus) including data mapping between different process & tool sets.
Technical Skills
  • ITIL v3 Service Management

  • Architectural foundational constructs (work products, processes, etc)
  • Lead development of technical solutions & plans for complex projects
  • Architectural Thinking, Use Case Modelling & Operational Modelling concepts
  • Global Services Method Fundamentals (GSMethod) & Global Solutions Architecture Repository (GSAR)
