Our client are seeking an Internal Sales Co-ordinator based at the Colchester Office. They are looking for an individual who is passionate about a career in sales and commercial and is looking for a development role from which they can progress in.

The successful candidate will assist with the delivery of our targeted sales volumes and prices. They will be a driven individual who can identify commercial opportunities, manage customer relationships including the resolution of customer queries and complaints and work well as part of a busy team of 10 people. On a day to day basis they will be dealing with enquires as well as checking orders and also helping with invoice queries.

Excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative. A reasonable level of flexibility in terms of travel and location would be advantageous, but is not essential. On a day to day basis they will be dealing with enquires as well as checking orders and also helping with invoice queries.

Telephone sales experience is essential as you will be required to call customers with regards to the quotes that they have sent out to them and negotiate a deal if required.
