ROLE
This role, within the Financial Management department, will report into a Fee Billing Team Leader, working in a team of nine people on custody billing and accounting activities. This role will include the processing of the GI invoices. The role will also assist the team with Ireland billing queries, month-end responsibilities and other business and system projects as required. The Fee Billing Team is split between London and Bangalore.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Process the GI client invoices, ensuring calculations are correct and process the appropriate journals and cash movements.
Assisting with the cash reconciliations.
Communicate with partners to resolve discrepancies or provide assistance on GI invoicing issues.
Post journals to reflect the invoice and record the cash settlements.
Review client fee scale set ups for the GI clients and provide assistance with the Ireland client set ups.
Communicate with partners to resolve discrepancies or provide assistance on GI invoicing issues.
Assist with reporting required at month end.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
1+ years experience in a Financial Services environment would be preferable but not essential § Recent experience in a fee billing environment, including preparation of invoices, answering queries and passing journals would be preferable but not essential - Good Excel skills required
