Our client is embarking on a very exciting and challenging phase in its evolution as a provider of core essential services to QLD. Underlying this evolution is a transition to an owner-manager model for its strategic reporting solutions, management of data and enablement of the executives' accountabilities under this new framework.
SAP's ERP 6 solution has been selected as the enabler of the aforementioned vision to improve our client's functionality and flexibility in managing its operations.
Reporting to the Program Director, you will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- As an experienced SAP Test Lead be responsible for the day to day performance test activities within the project, developing detailed test strategies, test plans, and test schedules, performance and load testing, implementing and execution of the planned test activities within the SAP project environment.
- Set up the testing tool and environments
- Set up the testing strategy for the on-going support team
- Prepare test result reports for management
- Provide knowledge transfer to the business representative is imperative
To be considered you will need to demonstrate:
- 5 years SAP Testing experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations
- Experience as a Senior Test Analyst/Lead Test Analyst having worked in large scale Enterprise ERP environments
- Experienced with testing tools, manual and automotive testing including load & performance testing using HP Quality Centre
- A very good understanding of full-life cycle testing and methodologies including development, monitoring and execution of test scripts, test strategies and test activities
- High level consultative skills with the ability to engage and influence project stakeholders and project team members
- SAP ERP 6 experience would be highly regarded
- Previous experiences in a demanding change environment with proven software testing methodologies
- Experience working in government environment with Prince2 methodology
