Candle is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join a leading telecommunications giant based in Sydney's CBD. This is in an initial 6 month contract with view to permanency/extension.As Service Desk Analyst, you will provide product and service solution consultancy to Managed Customers for the resolution of activation and/or assurance inquiries for a range of complex products and services solutions available to the customer. Essential Skills and Experience -
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of PCs, operating systems, networking and applications
  • System administration certificate
  • Previous experience with sharepoint, office365, exchange and Lync (desirable)
  • Be available for shift work (7am - 7pm Monday - Friday)
  • Previous experience with webhosting is preferred
