We have a vacancy for a Case Team Manager to work for a well-recognised professional services business. This is a really exciting time for the business. We are looking for a passionate, confident, individual that enjoys a challenge.

The Case Team Manager will be responsible for the team supporting first level employee and line manager people related queries and issues, typically by telephone. They will play a pivotal role as part of the wider Change and Case management team by monitoring and ensuring service levels are met across the entire team, and in addition to working with the team in coaching, advising and supporting line managers in a range of employee relation and change matters.

Responsibilities include;

*Surface issues/focuses the debate on what matters and provides clear, robust and commercial technical advice to key stakeholders
*Respond and demonstrate agility according to key stakeholders and team needs
*Consider self and own team's learning and development needs to ensure all are equipped to deliver excellent client service
*considers future issues and plans and delivers pre-emptive support such as culture change management, line manager training
*Manage and develop case advisers
*Advise, supports and coach line managers to improve confidence and competence when assessing, pre-empting and dealing with employee relation and change situations
*Advise and coach line managers on how to reach fair informal and formal resolutions to potential conflict situations and employee relation cases
*Understand and support individuals, teams and managers to cope with change scenarios
*manages the effective and efficient delivery of the first level advice given by telephone
*manages the workloads and delegates to the appropriate person, escalating cases to the field based advisers/managers where appropriate
*receives and co-ordinates resolution of for instance appeals, grievances and tribunal claims
