Next Ventures is urgently looking for a Change Manager with a minimum of 4 years Change management experience for a 6-7 month role based in the Netherlands
Job description Activities:
- Develop & maintain change strategy
- Develop & maintain stakeholder approach
- Advise on communication methods
- Deliver communication deliverables including Engagement packs, Introductory Packs, Elevator Pitch and Release Information
- Advise on training approach
- Help deliver training materials (virtual & instructor-led)
- Inform regions of end-user journeys, activities to be expected, training available, and act as point of contact
- Prepare & send newsletter/blog
- Updating of material (SharePoint, slide decks)
- Advice Support Team (TLS) on requirements in terms of training required for successful after go-live support
- Maintaining SharePoint
- Supporting Programme Manager in Project support (workshops, PDF)
- Skills required -Minimum of 4 years change management experience
-Change and communications management
Strengths: analytical, communications, good understanding of organisational and political challenges
Petrochemical experience: Preferred, not mandatory -
Project or department description: The WRM Subsurface programme aims at delivering tools to support the Subsurface and data management work in the WRM workflow
Start date: End of March
Location: Netherlands near Amsterdam
Duration: 6-7 months
