STATUS: Contract to Hire
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Identity Management Lead will perform the daily tasks required to assist in the deployment of the Avatier Identity Management Suite. This role requires the ability to act as both Business Analyst and Project Manager, while managing a small team. The Lead will recognize outstanding issues and work to resolve them. This person will give management the necessary technical answers and translate business requirements into appropriate formats, while collaborating with the engineering team in order to implement workflows and automate processes. REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree.
* 2+ years of experience with Identity and Access Management technologies, along with Active Directory.
* Comfortable in working in a changing environment; works well with ambiguity.
* Proven ability to manage large projects concurrently.
* Demonstrated strength in learning and grasping new technologies; proven passion for staying on the cutting edge of technology.
* Highly skilled in working with a team.
* Strong customer focus; motivated to meet the demands and exceed expectations of customers.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Skilled in managing change and creating processes to accommodate change.
