Description
Our client is looking for an Internet/web/eCommerce Business Analyst with experience in online bankuing/online client portal. They are looking for an individual with experience in working on client facing projects with functionalities such as online reporting, online account management, client dashboard and understanding of business architecture in a portal project.
Experience of working on complex projects within Banking Institutions, especially within a transaction banking environment.
A successful candidate much have domain knowledge of at least TWO of the following:
* Cards
* Cash Management & Payments (SWIFT, BACS)
* FX Cash Trades
* Balance Transaction Reporting
* Liquidity
* MI Reporting
* Channel Onboarding & Persona definition
* UX Customer Experience
