Description
- You will be part of the team that is among others responsible for the 3rd line operational support for client issues.
- You are responsible for the daily monitoring of Windows Client problems that the first line and second line helpdesk cannot solve.
- Carry out operational activities (planned work, monitoring of incidents ...).
- Manage small projects or subprojects (eg a migration project).
- Interface with the engineering team and also with first and second line support.
- Take ownership of incidents and problems related to AD, Windows XP, Windows 7 and PDAs.
Profile
- Specialist in Active Directory, Windows XP and Windows 7.
- Experience with the following systems:
BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Windows Mobile, Android & IOS.
Service Center Configuration Manager -> manage collections & distribution of software
FEP
Citrix
VDI's vmware
Peregrine Service Center
Forefront Endpoint Protection
Microsoft Office Sharepoint Server 2007
PowerShell
- You should be no stranger to terms like IP Networking, Firewalls, load balancers, proxies and Internet.
- You are an expert in the Microsoft client area.
- You are a team player but you can also work independently.
- You are flexible (escalations, duty, planned work ...) and stress-resistant.
- You can write and maintain good, complete documentation and give training to the colleagues of the first and second line or your team members.
- Languages: Dutch and English. French is a plus.
