Description
ERP Data Migration Analyst role for an international, ASX listed, chemicals company whose products are used in thousands of household and luxury goods. With a global implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning system they are in need of a specialist who can take the information from 2 previous systems and migrate it into the new ERP system.
This is a fixed term contract of 6-8 months including annual and sick leave. The compensation is negotiable depending on experience. You must be able to work independently and will be involved with data migration for 2 implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the business to understand business data requirements
* Build a thorough understanding of the data structures and usages within each source system
* Develop data migration systems to enable data consolidation from source ERPs to new ERP System
Key Requirements:
ESSENTIAL
* Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience with ERP technologies
* Demonstrable experience working with other database technologies
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business applications
* Good problem identification/problem resolution ability
* Attention to detail
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with senior business managers and IT staff
DESIRABLE
* Experience in a manufacturing business
* Project management experience
* Experience with Dynamics AX
