SCOPE OF WORK

The Supplier shall perform the following activities:

1. ASP integration: Day to day integration of Application Service Providers performing contract creation, SLA definition, contract migration from test bed to production environment, training to ASP's about HUB interfaces. The requirement is to support the integration of at least new 50 ASP's within 6 months.
2. Technical Support: Support the current team, when required, about support incidents and providing the corresponding RCA; Perform the service level monitoring.
3. Support as expert the discussions about new services and business models supported by a SDP platform internally and with the customer.
4. Change Request Management: Managing the CR process, following the whole life cycle of CR's, from business requirement to solution delivered in production. At least manage and track 4 CR releases per year and 5 to 10 CR per release.

Activities Require

Perform the specified job activities until Huawei Technical Leader or Project Manager accepts the work. Partner must provide necessary tools to perform the required job, such as cell phone to make and receive work related calls and laptop computer

Activities to be performed are listed below:
1. Contract management in the PMC platform. Set up new contracts and accounts, modify contracts, define SLA's. At least integrate 50 new contracts into the PMC.
2. Carefully perform daily Service Monitoring of the platform from the NOC and promptly report the incidents and follow the incident management process.
3. Expertly operate and configure about 50 Suse Linux Servers, 2 Oracle RAC databases, 6 LAN Switches, 4 Firewalls and Routers.
4. Prepare Service Reports and present them to the internal organization and then to the customer.
5. Participate as expert in the troubleshooting of service incidents. Keep frequent and open communication with his peers and superiors.
6. Provide weekly activities report.
7. Manage and follow the execution of the Change Request process for the new services definition, including 5 to 10 new functionalities every release and no less than 4 releases per year.
8. Participate actively in the new services discussions with the customer and progress report with the customer no less than 5 times per week.
9. Participate as expert in the High and Low Level Specification Definition of new service functionalities for the SDP platform.

Experience and Profile

The personal should have experience:
Unix/Linux Support Engineer administering Servers
Configuring LAN Switches and Routers
Managing and deploying Value Added Services platforms such as SDP, RBT, WAP Gw, etc.
