Property Analyst (Business Analyst/Project Management) - Bristol - Circa £378 per day
Purpose of the Project/Programme
A leading retail bank requires a Property Analyst with experience as a business analyst or project manager.
The purpose of this programme is to create a property function for the bank's major divestment programme.
You will support the Conurbation Planning Manager in delivering the end state footprint across the programme and will be responsible for creating a plan for the buildings.
Deliverables include:
- To work a solution for the programme's property end state in terms of people, locations and Services and supporting the Programme & Project managers to deliver a Divested Property Estate.
- Develop a detailed move plan
- Engage with Property Management team to agree move schedule
To be considered you will possess the following key skills and experience:
- Strong track record in data analysis/attention to detail
- Stakeholder engagement and project work
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office Suite with particular experience in Excel spreadsheets
Some travel may be needed so flexibility to travel will be necessary.
