Property Business Analyst - Bristol - £400p/d - 3 months
RZ Group's financial services client is looking for a Business Analyst with significant experience in a property project to join their Bristol based team on an initial 3 month contract.
The objective of the role is to support the Conurbation Planning Manager in delivering the above through effective:
- completion of feasibility studies in line with required timescales developing realistic property solutions
- interaction with key stakeholders (eg Estates, HR, Construction and IT)
- understanding of the current/future property footprints and associated plans
- awareness of space availability/utilisation within key strategic locations and ongoing tracking
- identification of smartspace opportunities - enhanced space utilisation
- maintenance and update of Property core data
- deputisation for the Conurbation Planning Manager on occasion
The individual must have excellent:
-Planning experience
-Experience in property management
-Stakeholder management
-Attention to detail
