Freelance QA Analyst Selenium/cucumber/watir
For an International client in Amsterdam big in Marketing and commercials, Darwin Recruitment is urgently looking for a contract QA Analyst consultant with Selenium, cucumber and watir experience. As the QA department strives for optimal quality and is under staffed at the moment, our client is in urgent need of a QA Analyst for a period of 3 months. The QA department works with Selenium, watir and cucumber en you will report directly to the QA Team lead.
Our client is an International interactive well known company with various International clients delivering great commercials and cut to the bone interactive media related projects.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing various QA processes, execute high-level testing tasks with broad web-based projects (This will be mainly system acceptance and functional testing)
- Mastery of client-specific guidelines and web standards
- Recording on the Intranet of the data regarding test plans and cases
- Doing tests of web based actions according requirements.
- Double check web based deliverables for client standards.
- Do the issue management
- Act as an consultant internally and externally
- Minimizing Risk following the QA processes on the best quality
Do you have the following skills:
You must have:
- BA or higher education
- Similar industry experience (Marketing Agency, Commercial Agency, Agency)
- 5 years + experience as a tester for web sites browser based software
- Experience with Test Automation (Selenium/Cucumber and water)
- Fluent in synthesizing knowledge in to clever and new innovative testing solutions.
- Understanding of development life cycles and the role of a QA
- Knowledge of state of the art web-software. Methodologies and QA
- Quality is your second name
- Proactive, diplomatic and a team worker
- A demonstrable pro-active, practical, patient and diplomatic approach.
- Ideally a qualification in STQB-ISEB
- Mobile web testing
