We are looking for a CRM senior consultant for 2 days to fix the below issue.

Project Description:

The customer has implemented SAP Note 655207 to prevent the replication of some sales document from ECC to CRM.
This note is implemented in ECC at order level, delivery level and billing level.
This is working fine in most of the cases, but sometimes the documents are getting replicated to CRM.
This behavior is witnessed only in the production system where all the batch jobs in ECC are implemented.
They raised SAP message for this purpose and they would need to investigate further, to discuss their business requirement and to evaluate possible solutions or workaround with an SAP CRM Middleware expert. This can be done onsite or remotely.

SCOPE OF TASK

To help the customer to solve the replication issue between ECC and CRM: it's to allow to stop this replication.
A functional conusltant is needed to discuss business with customer. The flows are not standard one.
