Description
To qualify for this role you must have experience working with a Software Platform Management System and also in some or all of the following areas:
Creating Workstation SW-packages
Follow the NPE-packaging-standard and document according to requirements in process.
Downloading security patches for MS Office and MS Office-related products.
Downloading software updates for MS Office and MS Office-related products.
Downloading security-updates from Microsoft web page
Downloading software-updates from Microsoft web page
Forward packages to QA for testing.
Problem-solving (eESM-problem-tickets)
Participate in Solution Designing (RFSs)
