Ihre Aufgaben:
- Identify areas of risk and implement procedures / processes to mitigate risk
- Act as a primary liaison between the branch offices (FAs, CSOs, Clients) and the rest of the Bank
- Work closely with Client Data Management team to open new accounts
- Work closely with legal and compliance department as well as outside counsel, if required, to maintain integrity of regulatory requirements associated with account opening policies and procedures
- Ensure timely and accurate booking of trades, fiduciary deposits, loans, Forex, payments
- Follow-up on Margin Calls and unauthorized trades and trades/funds received with missing client information
Ihre Qualifikation
- High education, ideally banking-related
- Previous similar experience within an international institution
- Fluent English, French an asset
