ScrumMaster
Tremendous opportunity for a ScrumMaster to join a top notch development team.
You will be responsible for leading Scrums, facilitate project planning, leading daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum related duties. You will be working on Microsoft application development projects (.NET, C#, VB.NET, SQL Server, TFS,Visual Studio Team System, etc). We high prefer previous experience as a Programmer or Architect.
This is a 4 to 6 month contract with the option to extend and there "may" be a opportunity to convert to a direct hire. Excellent work environment including great benefits and flexible work schedule. Great opportunity to make a impact across multiple mission critical projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 2+ years as a ScrumMaster
- Certified ScrumMaster
- Experience as a Project Manager or Lead Developer or Architect
- Experience with SQL Server and SSIS
- Experience developing project plans
- Experience as a liaison between IT and the business
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Experience doing cost/benefit analysis
- Excellent communication skills
