Description:
Design and code from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements complex software apps in support of RF data collection development utilized by multiple RF planning and RF optimization tools.
Uses coding methods in Perl and Java to initiate or enhance custom developed RF switch configuration extracts from Motorola, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson 1X, EVDO and Alcatel-Lucent and Ericsson LTE wireless infrastructures.
Performs expert-level analysis, design and development tasks associated with integration "as built" switch configuration feeds in Perl, Unix Scripts, Java, in a RH/Linux environment.
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
8+ years experience with Unix, Perl/ksh/bash/sh development.
2+ years experience in wireless development in the area of RF optimization and RF performance; 8+ years Front End integration experience working with development teams on the deployment of RF applications.
Experience in RF software development in 1X/CDMA/EVDO/LTE and other protocols highly desired. Strong knowledge and experience in wireless technologies preferred.
