Description
Dynamic consulting & IT services company has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager at the Scrum Master level. The desired candidate will possess strong leadership, project management, and communications skills, and hands-on experience in the Systems Development Life Cycle.
The candidate will lead and manage projects/program through life cycle IT delivery using Scrum/Agile methodology, including solution development, work planning, resource allocation, budgeting, financial management, delivery management, risk and issue management, human resource management, and communications. The candidate will interface with executives, management and team members at all levels, and will serve as the liaison between business and IT organizations. Skills in load balancing of multiple projects to ensure the successful delivery of the project(s) is also required
Additional Requirements:
15 - 20+ years of business experience including experience as a Program Manager, Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst and significant experience delivering large, complex IT and business improvement programs. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (or equivalent experience with other agile methodologies) CSM or PMI-ACP and experience with Agile Development, Scrum Project Management, Lean Principles, Test Driven Development is preferred. Experience developing solutions and business requirements to translate into process and IT solutions. Knowledge of a wide variety of business processes, multi-tier core application development environments and core integration technologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent leadership skills are also required. College degree. PMI/PMP and/or other PM training and certification are preferred.
