WIRELESS CONSULTANT - CONTRACT
WIRELESS/CISCO/WIFI/RFI/SITE SURVEY/RF/RADIO FREQUENCY/DESIGN/PLANNING
CONTRACT - 3-6 months - MARKET RATES (USD) - NEW YORK, USA
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and certified Wireless Consultant. You will have experience of Cisco Wireless Networks as well as Cellular expertise. You will have experience of executing an RFI (Request For Information) for wireless services for conferences they host. The focus will be on WiFi but cellular experience will also be necessary.
To work with vendor comparison testing for WiFi and cellular signals for conferences and have the expertise to deploy temporary WiFi network capabilities at locations where they have conferences - hotels, conference centres and potentially other sites. They currently use Cisco Wireless technology, but the end solution may be Cisco or another vendor, or multiple vendors. You will work with the client to solve how to best deploy these temporary WiFi networks for conferences, while enhancing cellular wireless capabilities at those temporary locations.
You will also be involved in a trial deployment of proposed solutions, this person will be able to conduct Wireless Site Surveys/Assessments, Radio Frequency (RF) scanning, wireless site design, planning and implementation.
