Finance Company URGENTLY seeking a Senior Business Analyst with hands on Salesforce.com skills. You will lead a small project whilst perform the hands-on tasks. You must be able to do end to end Salesforce Configuration and Business Analysis. You must have a solid understanding of investment Management. ie how products, funds and portfolios work together. This is an initial 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage stakeholders and their requirements
- Facilitate formal requirements gathering workshops attended by stakeholder groups
- Facilitate Salesforce.com configuration workshops to prototype ideas into solutions
- Secure requirement sign off from stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholders to achieve their business strategies through SalesForce
- Ensure consistent use of SalesForce across the group for the solutions you deliver
- Contribute to improving our SalesForce methodology
- Liaise continuously with business stakeholder, IT developers and Quality analysts
Essential Criteria:
- Strong relevant business analysis experience
- Advanced Salesforce administration skills (workflow rules, validation rules, approval processes, field updates)
- Familiarity with Apex and Visualforce development
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (deployment config/code between environment using packages, Snapshot etc)
- Strong understanding of Investment Management. ie how products, funds and portfolios work together.
- Strong CRM experience
- Self-motivated, with ability to drive out tasks with broad supervision
- Good understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management principle
- Siebel is desired, but not essential
