Change Analyst A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Change Analyst to join a leading financial institution across an insurance integration program. The integration across two separate business units will span product design, technology and service. The change analyst will report into the change manager across the program of works and liaise with multiple business units, SME's and change champions in order to ensure that changes are compliant with change management policies and guidelines.Responsibilities of the role:- Ensuring change releases are compliant with Change management processes and policies
- Development of the change and application processes
- Ensuring effective scheduling of all change windows to insure minimal business impact and risk.
- Perform the role of interface between service users and service delivery for approval, prioritisation and resolution.
- A proven background within change management and or project management
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Prior experience in organisational communications
- Business process knowledge
- Insurance product knowledge.
