A major Retail organisation is seeking an exceptional Interim HR Knowledge Management Lead to support a large HR Shared Service implementation.
Your remit will be to build a refreshed and modern approach to Knowledge Management (KM) within Human Resources and deliver a coherent and consistent suite of HR documentation to support the proposed future Shared Service model and new ways of working
The role demands an exceptional command of effective stakeholder engagement whilst driving delivery in a structured project management fashion.
You will have experience of:
- Proven track record of implementing world class Shared Service models within a HR transformation and Business Partner context
- Strong Knowledge Management, communications and technical authoring experience
- Successfully driven cultural change elements in the context of altered processes, instilling new behaviours
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement ability with a track-record of sustaining momentum for change across the business
