Ihre Aufgaben:
- Implement key brand programs and execute brand strategy on country level
- Leadership of country cross functional team
- Budget management and development of regular forecast updates to aid financial planning
- Accountability for hitting local sales target
- Collaborate with customer facing leadership team to ensure brand strategy compliance and market feedback
- Support product training
- Coordination with customer facing medical, local customer marketing and local e-marketing colleagues for customer/digital activities/programs
- Country effectiveness evaluation
Ihre Qualifikation
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry including strong Marketing and Strategy experience
- Knowledge of local regulatory policies
- Track record of working with others across functions in a matrix environment and a networker mentality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience of managing revenues and costs
- A confident "hands on" & "can do" mentality
- Fluency in Business English and local language
