Description
For my client in the Czech Republic I am urgently looking for an ETL/DWH consultant who is an expert with ETL procedures and Data Modeling/Data Migration.
Seasoned data analyst to deliver on classic ETL (extract, transform, load) assignment
Orchestrate end-to-end' data-readiness workstream for payroll system replacement
Process map end-to-end' data-flow between HR, pensions & payroll system
Identify as-is' data sources and map to to-be' design
Coordinate with functional & technical leads to achieve extract/verification from data-sources
Perform transfer, load & verification activity
Deliver on the data-migration activity to the to-be' payroll system
Ability to understand the entire data maze of the systems; decipher data movement from point to point
Ability to translate the logical design to its physical counterpart
Understand data-mappings, validations, internal database system tables & manual sources
Skilled in analysis, modelling and warehousing
Skilled in SQL & procedural SQL
Familiarity with s/sheet data manipulations (analysis, vlookups etc)
Familiarity with relational database tactical tools (MS Access)
Short learning curve, ability to do RCA quickly and provide technical solutions where feasible
Soft skills:
Thorough understanding and ability to guide IT leads on digital data transformation
Clear communicator and assertive confident leadership skills
Team player as you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders
Initially co-located with project team in Czech Republic
Languages -English (written/spoken fluency) & Czech (understand, speak, read)
Contract starts ASAP with an initial duration of 6 months with option for extension.
